The image “I'm in progress” was created due to me thinking that losing the covid weight was going to be easy even at my age. People look for instant gratification, but you have to like the satisfaction of the process. The image is circular due to time. You can't rush great things.  The hands which represents blood sweat and tears are a process that one has to go through on their mission. It is the process that ultimately fuels a passion for self-improvement because it never stops. It never settles and becomes stagnant.  It keeps us hungry for the best we can be. You won't know how great you can become until you start.
